Karl Vilhelm Valter is a Computer Science Bachelor student in the University of Tartu. He is leading the Estonian Student Satellite (EstCube2) team aiming at designing, building and launching a scientific satellite to the orbit of planet Earth. In 2017 he was the youngest winner of the most popular science show in the national TV: Rakett69.
