Karl Vilhelm Valter

BIO

Karl Vilhelm Valter is a Computer Science Bachelor student in the University of Tartu. He is leading the Estonian Student Satellite (EstCube2) team aiming at designing, building and launching a scientific satellite to the orbit of planet Earth. In 2017 he was the youngest winner of the most popular science show in the national TV: Rakett69. Abstract

Karl is going to discuss his own formal and informal learning experiences during COVID pandemic, suggesting an alternative perspective to self-regulated learning in today’s higher education where border between formal, non-formal and informal, digital and non-digital, personal and collaborative are dissolving in fast pace.
