We really hope that majority of delegates will choose on-site form of participation, as EDEN community have not met face to face since 2019. The registration fees for the 31st Annual Conference of EDEN are:
- early-bird on-site participation fee (before May 31st) 400 EUR
- early-bird online participation fee (before May 31st) 180 EUR
- early-bird student fee (before May 31st) 300 EUR
- late fee (on-site participation) 450 EUR
- late fee (online participation) 220 EUR
- late student fee 350 EUR
Attending the full-day PhD symposium on Sunday, 19 June is free for PhD students and their supervisors, upon of acceptance of their abstract.
If you register for on-site participation and then decide to switch to online form after May 31st, we’ll not be able to return the difference between on-site and online fees (180 EUR). It is OK to switch from online to on-site participation until June 15 by paying additional 270 EUR.
